EVAN SANCHEZ
Evan Sanchez is an entrepreneur & philanthropist with his sights set on the long-term renaissance of Atlantic City.
Evan was born in Atlantic City a few years after his parents met at Los Amigos and grew up in Pleasantville. He left to attend Columbia University in New York City where he helped to start Olo while still an undergrad. For nearly a decade he worked in leadership positions across Olo including Operations, Account Management, Sales, and Business Development helping to build it into the industry leader in digital ordering and delivery for over 500 restaurant brands across 80,000 locations including brands like Applebee’s, Five Guys Burgers & Fries, Jamba Juice, and Shake Shack. Evan also served as President and Board Member of the Columbia Venture Community, the largest Columbia University-based entrepreneurship organization.
Evan returned to his hometown of Atlantic City in 2015 and co-founded Authentic City Partners with Zenith Shah to create development projects in Atlantic City like the Orange Loop to better the lives of those in his community and build spaces that unify and inspire like Hayday, Atlantic City's Coffee Shop, Cardinal, and The Leadership Building. Evan has served as Board President of Atlantic City-focused non-profits including the Atlantic City Arts Foundation and the Atlantic City Community Fund. In his efforts to promote positivity, he co-founded ThisIsAC, a non-profit grassroots community movement and he currently serves as a Board Member of the Atlantic City Arts Foundation, Atlantic City Community Fund, Absecon Lighthouse, and MeetAC.
His latest endeavor, ThriveAC Fund, is a $1 million dollar commitment from the Renn-Sanchez family over 5 years to fuel the work of non-profit organizations to build a stable, sustainable, and vibrant Atlantic City.

ZENITH SHAH
Zenith Shah is an entrepreneur focused on being a catalyst for positive change in Atlantic City.
Zenith was born in Surat, India, and at an early age moved with his family to Atlantic City, NJ. He remained in the area through high school where he graduated from Holy Spirit High School.
After graduating in 2007 from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Zenith began his professional career at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset management firm. After over a decade in leadership positions growing the Portfolio Compliance Group across the US and globe, he decided the time was right to come back home and build business and community in Atlantic City.
In 2016, Zenith co-founded Authentic City Partners to create development projects in Atlantic City committed to bettering the lives of those in the community. ACP's first project, named the Orange Loop, has focused on redeveloping & helping bring small businesses back to the beach blocks of New York Avenue, St. James Place, & Tennessee Avenue.
While building business, Zenith remains active in supporting community leaders and causes. Zenith serves as Financial Advisor for The Leadership Studio of Atlantic City, which is a non-profit striving to advance the physical, energetic, economic, and spiritual growth of the city's residents through programming and partnerships.
